All female gymnasts (TEAM ONLY) must wear a leotard.  Boys must wear athletic clothes.  Long hair must be pulled up off of the shoulders and out of the face.  No jewelry is allowed.  No crop tops, loose fitting clothing or socks. Please be on time for class.  If you are late, please wait by the gym area entrance for a coach to escort your child to their appropriate class.  Parent are not allowed in the gym (past the fence and curtained entrance) for any reason. All parent, friend, family viewing is to be done from the waiting areas.  Please do not distract the gymnasts.  For the safety of all gymnasts, please do not speak to your child while he/she is on the floor. If your child cannot use the restroom on their own, you must accompany them to the restroom.  Coaches cannot assist your child in the restroom for any reason. Children are not to be left unattended in the waiting areas.  Please make sure your child cleans, gathers their belongings and clean their area before you leave. If you are going to be late picking up your child, please call the gym. You must come inside the building to pick up your child.  Children will not be allowed to meet you in the parking lot.  This is to ensure their safety. Gymnasts are allowed one (1) makeup class per month. (subject to class availability) Payments are expected prior to your child attending their classes.  You can pay online through PayPal (bmgymnastics@gmail.com) or with Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Cash or Check at the desk. Please include a 5% convenience fee to avoid any account balance.   Payments are due by the 10th of each month.  Any payment made after the 10th will incur a $15 late fee.  Gymnasts/Cheerleaders will not be permitted to participate in class if the account is more than 45 days past due.  Also, Team Members will not be permitted to register and/or compete at Meets or Competitions. Enrollment fees are charged at Sign Up and every February thereafter. Class closure due to emergencies, inclement weather or other factors will be distributed by notification through email, the BMG Facebook page and WTAE-TV. Please provide the most recent copy of your Insurance card.
